For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 6% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the improvements thereon, “as is”. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2018 and following years.
Complete inspection of all property is encouraged prior to bidding. All sales are final and are not contingent on purchaser being able to secure financing during the contract period. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all prior advertising. All information gathered for this advertising is from reliable sources and is deemed correct, however it is not guaranteed.
