SALE PROCEDURE FOR TIMBER TRACTS 6-T THRU 11-T

14″ Standard-Cut Timber Rights (18-Month Removal). A Recent Timber Inventory Has Estimated a Volume of 1,500,000± Board Feet on This Entire Farm.  The Inventory Was Based on a 100% Measurement of All Trees 16″ or Greater In Diameter, However a 14″ Cut Will Be Allowed.  The Timber Tracts 6-T, 7-T, 8-T, 9-T, 10-T & 11-T Will Be Offered as Individual Tracts and Will NOT be Allowed to be Combined With Any Other Tract Other Than Its Parent Tract (Example: Tract 6 & 6-T).  A Combination of Tracts 6-T thru 11-T, Along With Their Respective Parent Tracts, Will Be Allowed.  Inventory Information for Tract 6-T thru 11-T Are Available Online or by Request.
